If you join the interest list, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and optionally your military branch and ZIP code. We record whether you consented to be contacted.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information such as pages requested and approximate location derived from IP address.

We use your information only to contact you about NVBA membership and to plan state-level benefits resources. ZIP code is used to understand where members are located, not to identify you.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with claims companies, law firms, lead buyers, or advertisers. We do not use it to solicit you for services unrelated to NVBA membership.

You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by writing to info@nvba.life. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.
